Galvanized Wire-fencing wire: 

We use high quality wire rod coils drawn to the wire diameter we need, then proceed to galvanization procedure, this galvanization process is letting the wire rod submerged in a bath of molten zinc, after cooling, we get a zinc coated layer on the carbon steel wire, this layer is an impervious barrier between the wire and the corrosive elements in the environment.

Wire diameter: 0.2mm–3.5mm

Tensile strength: 350–700MPA (Soft) 600—1150Mpa (Medium)  1000-1600Mpa (Hard)

Zinc coating: 35–550G/MM2

Packing: 800kgs/roll or as your request.

We use zinc ingot with 99.995% purity. So can guarantee the zinc coating quality is the top level.

Uses of Galvanized wire

Galvanized wire has a zinc coating of corrosion resistant which prevent moisture or corrosive substances from reaching the inner of the galvanized wire. Ensure the wire has a long live life. 

So galvanized wire usually used for weaving chain link fence, weaving hex wire netting or producing weld wire mesh.

We inspect and test our galvanized wire strictly before shipment:

Before we ship the wire to the clients, tensile strength, zinc coating will be tested.

The zinc layer adhesion will be tested, we are always offer you the qualified products, when you weaving wire mesh, you don’t worry about the zinc layer can be peeled off.

The galvanized wire we produced with uniform and consistent tensile strength, with little floating in tensile strength, very smooth wire feeding to improve the efficiency of the chain link fence machine.
